Pinot Gris - Turckheim Cave Tradition - 75cl

Turckheim's Tradition range are the benchmark for the classic Alsace varieties. The Pinot Gris has lovely ripe pear and a touch of warm ginger spice on the nose and a deliciously, just off-dry palate with a typically Turckheim finish - fresh and well-balanced.

Food match: meaty white fish such as monkfish, salmon or smoked trout, spicy Thai food.
