Born in 1951, Pastis 51 by Pernod Ricard is a famous french Aperitif from Marseille (South of France) with a fresh aromatic profile. The nose of this Pastis is full of anise aroma with herbal and liquorice notes. A fresh mouthfeel with a good balance of anise and liquorice for a long, dry and fresh finish slightly flavoured with liquorice.
