Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto is an aromatic and spiced liqueur based on an original recipe known as Aperitivo di Corte : a blend of Italian bergamot peel, Cedro lemons, chamomile, lavender, gentian, rose and Melissa. A perfect balance of honeyed sweetness with rooty bitterness for a complex and long-lasting finish.
Try it served with equal amounts of Italicus and Prosecco, pour it over ice in a large wine glass, and garnish it with three green olives.
