Tasting notes A fantastic balance of ripeness, varietal character and finesse, with fragrant rosewater and lychee nose, lemon aromas and a steely flinty character. The palate is fresh and restrained for an Alsatian Gewurztraminer, with notes of rose petal and faint hints of lemon. Super floral, yet perfectly balanced with honeyed, lemon acidity.
Food match: Try with blue cheeses, exotic cuisines such as the lemongrass flavours of Thai food or fish/chicken curries featuring ginger, mustard seed and spice.
